VTF’s quality management system is built on four pillars, namely:
1. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Standard.
The GMP certificate confirms that we manufacture our products in strictly controlled conditions. All environmental parameters, from air purity and humidity levels in our workshops to personnel qualifications and hygiene standards, are well regulated, thus ensuring that each product item has the same formula and contains the same ingredients, without any foreign impurities.
2. ISO 22000 and HACCP principles.
We have implemented an international food safety management system, which is based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) framework. This way, we are able to identify and eliminate potential threats at early stages. Inspections of incoming raw materials are a critical step; ingredients that do not meet specifications are automatically rejected and are not allowed into production processes.
3. Government registration (SRC).
All VTF products undergo mandatory government registration in accordance with the laws of both Russia and the EAEU countries. The State Registration Certificate (SRC) is the only legitimate proof of the safety of a dietary supplement. We provide complete transparency as the status of each product can be verified with the Unified Register of State Registration Certificates.
4. Laboratory control of each batch.
A manufacturer’s responsible approach implies total control over its production processes. We test each batch of our products with an accredited laboratory to check microbiological purity, quantitative content of active ingredients and conformance with established physicochemical parameters. No permission for release will be issued unless we have reports of conformity certifying full compliance with the standards.
