Focus on Loyalty: VTF Scales up Its Brand Marketing Support on Social Media

At the beginning of the year, VTF ran a number of successful interactive themed events and cross-marketing campaigns in the brand’s Telegram and VKontakte communities. Indeed, frequent promotional activities help increase product awareness and stimulate consumer demand.

Social media promotion is a key way of building trust in VTF products. We often hold large-scale sweepstakes and contests to entertain our audience and also attract new customers, providing marketing support for our partners (i.e., pharmacy chains and marketplaces).

In recent months alone, VTF has run several major projects on key social media.

Telegram: cross-promotion and special holiday projects

Our highly engaged Telegram channel hosted a number of significant events, such as a successful contest that was run jointly with Moscow Nut Company; the brands have shared loyal audiences and highlighted the healthy lifestyle trend, as a result. There were also large-scale thematic competitions to celebrate the gender holidays, namely, Valentine’s Day (February 14) and Defender of the Fatherland Day (February 23).

VKontakte: expanding partnership network

In parallel with Telegram, we intensify independent promotional campaigns on VKontakte. Our official VK community is running a giveaway in collaboration with the popular brand Get&Joy. Such collaborations help reach new target audience segments.

These are not one-time events as VTF holds frequent extensive contests for consumers. We strive to ensure that our brands are in the consumer’s information field all the time. For distributors, this means that VTF products are provided with reliable information support, which translates into stable customer interest.
